Former Minister of Culture and Communications of France
Ms. Fleur Pellerin, senior Auditor at the French High Court of Audit, has been a member of the French government from May 2012 to February 2016. She was appointed Minister delegate for SMEs, Innovation and the Digital Economy from 2012 to 2014, Foreign Trade Secretary from April to August 2014, and Minister for Culture and Communication from September 2014 to February 2016. Prior to her governmental activities, she was an Auditor at the High Court of Auditors, an independent jurisdiction in charge of assessing the sound and legal use of budget and tax money in ministries, public bodies and public policies. Between 2009 and 2011, she was also a managing partner in a French consulting group. She has also been a member of the external audit team controlling UN organisations (WFP, Unicef, etc.). Ms. Pellerin earned an MBA degree from the ESSEC Business School in 1994, an MSC degree in political science from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris with honors in 1996, and is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (2000).
